H10 Imperial Tarraco hotel room photographs

After an extensive refurbishment, H10 Imperial Tarraco, a superior 4-star hotel, opened its doors last Summer. The hotel reform respected the total volume of the hotel and its external appearance and concentrated all the remodeling work on restructuring the interior.

Lazaro Rosa-Violán was responsible for the interior design project of this hotel, inspired by the Mediterranean. The sea and the fundamental elements of Mediterranean culture are present in all its rooms.

Photoshooting

Room photographs we show in this post are part of the photoshooting we took for H10 Imperial Tarraco. We have selected images of different hotel suites and junior suites. The rooms reflect the project of the interior designer in charge of the decoration of betting on Mediterranean elements: light woods, a predominance of white and blue colours, a white headboard based on a composition of knots, bathrooms in blue, etc.

Photographic technique

Rooms photographs are from interior shots. In all of them we work with natural and atmosphere lighting, always trying to capture the spaciousness and the architectural and decorative details characteristic of H10 Imperial Tarraco hotel. The objective of using ambient lighting whenever possible is being able to reflect, as faithfully as possible, the atmosphere that the potential client will find.

Photograpic Edition

All photoshooting for H10 Imperial Tarraco was done with Hasselblad medium format cameras and equipment. The photographs were shot and checked during the development of the photosoohting. The editing work were developed in a second phase, in our head offices.

One of the most difficult aspects in photography is the control of the interior and exterior temperature, as well as the different light temperatures offered by the artificial lighting points ( incandescent bulbs, led, etc). For us, it is essential to be able to work on this aspect during the photographic editing, as it allows us to offer a balanced, natural and coherent atmosphere.
