The Hotel Meliá Cala Galdana is located in the south of Minorca, in the municipality of Ferreries, and strategically located on the seafront of Cala Galdana beach, one of the most beautiful coves of this Balearic island.
In this paradisiacal place, Meliá Cala Galdana offers its guests spectacular views of the coast and nature. In addition, this hotel has been awarded for its environmental, cultural and social contribution.

Photoshooting

The photoshooting we worked on last summer for the five star hotel Melia Cala Galdana, includes photographs of different facilities.
For today’s post we have made a selection of some photographs showing the following facilities: detail of the lobby, photographs of its restaurants and two images of the terraces of its suites, one of them with a jacuzzi.

Photographic technique

In the different photographs that we show today in this post of the hotel Meliá Cala Galdana, we use natural and ambient lighting.
The warm Mediterranean light helps us to achieve this effect in each photograph. Only in some shots was it necessary to use supporting light to highlight some of the elements that made up the scene to be photographed.

Photograpic Edition

All photo shooting was done with Hasselblad medium format cameras and equipment. The photographs were shot and checked in situ, but the edition work was carried out at our head office.
One of the most difficult aspects to control in indoor photography based on ambient light is the control of the interior and exterior temperature. We place special emphasis on this aspect of photographic editing because it allows us to offer a balanced and coherent atmosphere from lighting point of view.

Photographs for H10 Marina Barcelona hotel are part of our portfolio of photographs for hotels. This hotel belongs to H10 Hotels and is located in the Olympic Village in Barcelona.

Photographs for H10 Marina Barcelona hotel belong to one of the photoshootings we took for H10 Hotels chain. The hotel has a privileged location in the Olympic Village of Barcelona and very close to the beaches, the H10 Marina Barcelona is a four-star hotel with a wide range of services.

Photoshooting

The photographs taken for H10 Marina Barcelon hotela are part of our photography service for hotels. The photoshooting consisted of taking pictures of the different facilities of the hotel that had been recently renovated. In this post we show a selection of images of the Dionissos Restaurant, the Bar “La Llum”, the lobby and the hotel reception.

Photographic Technique

All the shots shown here belong to the category of interior photography. In this type of images, we work, as far as possible, with the existing ambient light in the space to be photographed. In some of the photographs we also use supporting light to highlight certain areas of the photographs.

Our objective is to reflect, as closely as possible, the atmosphere that the potential client would find when visiting the different facilities of this hotel.

Photograpic Edition

All photo shooting was done with Hasselblad medium format cameras and equipment. The photographs were shot and checked in situ, but the edition work was carried out at our head office.

One of the most difficult aspects to control in indoor photography based on ambient light is the control of the interior and exterior temperature, as well as the different light temperatures offered by the artificial lighting points (incandescent bulbs, LEDs, etc.) . We place special emphasis on this aspect of photographic editing because it allows us to offer a balanced and coherent atmosphere from the point of view of lighting.
