Roca Nivaria Gran Hotel photographs

Roca Nivaria Gran Hotel is a 5-star hotel with the Adrian Hotels seal of quality.  The hotel is located in Costa Adeje, Tenerife. It stands out for its architecture with a minimalist style and for its unique location with incredible views of the Atlantic Ocean.

Photoshooting

The photo shoot we did for Roca Nivaria Gran Hotel included exterior and interior shots. In this post we share some photographs of its rooms and two pictures of its infinity pool.

Photographic technique

In the photographs you can see here, we mainly use natural and ambient lighting. We took advantage of the brightness of the rooms to be able to work in almost all the shots without using supporting light and thus achieving that the images reflect a great naturalness. In outdoor photographs we had perfect weather conditions that made our work easier.

Photograpic Edition

All photo shooting was done with Hasselblad medium format cameras and equipment. The photographs were shot and checked in situ, but the edition work was carried out at our head office.

One of the most difficult aspects to control in indoor photography based on ambient light is the control of the interior and exterior temperature. We place special emphasis on this aspect of photographic editing because it allows us to offer a balanced and coherent atmosphere from lighting point of view.
